Summer Programs

Summer Camp for Children
This program runs as an intensive program. Children attend between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. Children must attend a minimum of one week. We run two age groups. 4 weeks for children 9 and younger, or 4 weeks for children 9 and older. The camp involves our typical movement programming in lying, sitting and standing alongside all the typical camp experiences with recreation, and social interaction held on site. The best option to keep your child moving this summer.

Summer Intensive movement and social program for adults
This program runs for one or two weeks based on demand. Adults are expected to attend for 5 consecutive days to build up strength and stamina. To connect more in the afternoons we enjoy outings in the community or activities in centre. These can include but are not limited to, boating on the reservoir, walk through the park, dance class, crafts etc.
