1. Please note these registration changes will not take effect until October 2023. Attendance days and times will remain as is until then.
2. Due to the staffing needs of our program, please ensure 24 hours' notice is given by texting or calling (587) 830-3223 for notification of non-attendance. Non-attendance and no shows are billed directly to the family.
3. Please note the increase rates of the program are as follows: Our hourly rate is now $28/hour. For part-time participants attending with their own aide the full-day rate is $70 with the half day option at a rate of $35.
4. Please make cheques payable to FACE. Payment by e-transfer and/or direct debit/credit is also available on site.
5. Registrations are based on first come, first serve registration process. A waitlist is already in place to cover any available spots that become available.
6. Confirmation of your registration into the program will be sent to you the last week of September.
7. NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques are subject to a $25 service fee.
8. FACE reserves the right to increase program fees with a 30 day notice.
9. New participants are required to complete an assessment with our conductors prior to registration.
10. Invoices are sent for the previous month before the 15th of the following month.
